Northwest had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They breezed past the Marlington Dukes to the tune of 35-0. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Indians had established a 28-point advantage.

Marlington's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwest will head out to take on Louisville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marlington, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Howland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
