The Wagoner Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Miami Wardogs, and things went their way on Thursday too. Wagoner came out on top against Miami by a score of 54-46.
Miami's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Waike Roblyer, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Catt, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Wagoner's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-9. As for Miami, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-11.
Wagoner does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Miami, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-23 defeat vs. Sequoyah on the 9th.
