 Tri didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Kain Knepley,  Cooper Engle,  and  Jonah Cox picked up one apiece. Engle got in on the action too, converting a pick  into a touchdown.
Tri now  has a winning record of 5-4. As for Union County, their loss was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 1-8.
 Tri has already played their next game,  a  45-7  victory against Wes-Del on the 24th. As for Union County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  72-0  defeat against Eastern Hancock on the 24th.
