The Northwestern Bulls will head out to  challenge the Central Rockets  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Northwestern will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
While Northwestern's  victory against Somerset Prep wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulls had just enough and edged out Somerset Prep  3-2 on Wednesday.
 Northwestern took Somerset Prep into a fifth set  where they got it done with a seven-point win. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-17, 25-17, 19-25,  15-8.
Meanwhile, Central entered their  contest against Killian  on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rockets took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars.
 While Central ultimately came up short, they really made  Killian work, particularly in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 21-25, 25-22,  26-24.
 Central's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Northwestern, their win bumped their record up to 10-2.
 Northwestern took their  victory against Central  in their previous meeting  back in August by a conclusive  3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulls since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
