Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pea Ridge). They enjoyed a cozy 78-64 victory over the Gentry Pioneers on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Blackhawks as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The victory got Pea Ridge back to even at 6-6. As for Gentry, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.

Pea Ridge will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Green Forest at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Gentry will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
