Prospect Ridge Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kayah Robbins, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sydney Webster, who scored 6 points along with 5 steals.
Prospect Ridge Academy still hasn't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.0 points per game. As for Elizabeth, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
Prospect Ridge Academy will be playing at home against Highland at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Elizabeth, they will head out on the road to face off against Golden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
