Grady Adamson Delivers Electric Performance Vs Edmond North
Starting off the list is Deer Creek's Grady Adamson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Adamson threw for 236 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 75 yards and a touchdown.
Adamson must have Edmond North's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Adamson threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes the last time he and the Huskies duked it out back in August of 2023.

Braeden Presley Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Bixby got the W thanks in part to Braeden Presley playing the best football he has all season. Presley rushed for 75 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 55 yards and a touchdown. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 62 yards.
The victory (which was Bixby's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Presley and Bixby will take on Edmond North on Friday.

Murphy Made His Presence Known in Norman's 31-12 Loss
Phoenix Murphy posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 184 yards and a touchdown.
Norman moved to 4-1 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Murphy and Norman will host Enid at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Carson Kirby Makes It Two for Bixby
The second Bixby player making an appearance here is Carson Kirby, and for good reason. He threw for 185 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 40 yards and a touchdown.
On the season, Kirby has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 226.6 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after five games last season, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to three.
