They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Bellows Falls 51-48. For Twin Valley, this counts as revenge for the 77-28 defeat Bellows Falls walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.
Twin Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brayden Brown, who scored 23 points along with five assists and three steals. The contest was Brown's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Noah Dornbrgh, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.
Twin Valley's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Bellows Falls, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twin Valley will be home for the holidays to greet Springfield at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bellows Falls, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Green Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on December 21st.
