 In other batting news,  Aubree Montoya was  incredible,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double. Those  four  runs gave  her a new career-high.  RyAnn Litfin was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Valley  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .655. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Holyoke only posted  an  OBP of  .071.
The  victory  got Valley back to even at 2-2.
 Looking ahead, Valley will be taking part in a tournament against Burlington  at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Holyoke, they will venture away from home to  challenge Alamosa  at 1:00  p.m.  on Friday.
