Young Made His Presence Known in Roy's 42-28 Victory
Roy picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Robert Young. Young was unstoppable, rushing for 94 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, while also picking up 64 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 68 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Young and Roy will square off against Bountiful at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Royals got just the result they wanted when they last faced the RedHawks, probably because Young had a solid game then too: he picked up 96 receiving yards, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
