Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sherwood walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Atholton Raiders with a sharp 7-1 win on Saturday. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Sherwood's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Atholton, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-10.

As of now, neither Sherwood nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
