Leading Timber Creek to victory were Badr Kazma and Noah Taylor. Kazma went 9 of 10 on his way to 18 points and seven boards, while Taylor went 7 for 15 en route to 19 points and five rebounds. That's the most points Taylor has posted since back in January of 2024. Joshua Perry was another key player, putting up seven points.
Beachside's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Timber Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
