L Bishop posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. She struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
