Carrie Gunter was a major factor in Madison's win over Draughn on Monday. The Wildcats had no answer to Gunter as she struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits (and only one walk). Gunter has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances.
