Baseball Recap: St. Stephen's Episcopal Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

St. Stephen's Episcopal won against Hyde Park on Tuesday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Spartans came out on top against the Greenhill Hornets by a score of 6-2. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Thomas Connor was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Gus Civins, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.

St. Stephen's Episcopal's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Greenhill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. St. Stephen's Episcopal is set to challenge their familiar foe Episcopal School of Dallas at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Greenhill will take on rival St. Mark's at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
