Cooper extended their postseason success on Friday against Highlands. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bluebirds 17-15.
Cooper relied on the efforts of Cameron O'hara, who threw for 120 yards and two touchdowns, and Austin Alexander, who picked up 50 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Bowling Green stacked a ninth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Owensboro 38-8 at home. The win was nothing new for Bowling Green as they're now sitting on four straight.
Cooper's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.7 points per game. As for Bowling Green, their win bumped their record up to 11-3.
