While LAMP didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past the Billingsley Bears 9-0 on Thursday. Considering the Golden Tigers have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

LAMP has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Billingsley and nudges their season record down to 5-3.
