Giulia Garza made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with four RBI and two doubles. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high.
