Gavin Parkhurst's Big Game Leads All S over Grapevine Faith Christian
All S picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Gavin Parkhurst. Parkhurst did his part (and then some), throwing for 155 yards and five touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes for the 'W'. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
All S pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Parkhurst and All S will square off against Trinity Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Case Cole Leads Midland Christian over Southwest Christian School
Case Cole produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Midland Christian to the win on Friday. Cole rushed for 158 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (102.5).
Midland Christian moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Cole and Midland Christian will challenge Fort Worth Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Midland Christian got the W thanks in part to Avery Morgan playing the best football he has all season. Morgan rushed for 44 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 158 yards and a touchdown while completing 78.9% of his passes.
For the year, Morgan has thrown 6 touchdowns while averaging 151.7 passing yards per game.
