Northwestern won the last time they faced North East and Makayla Presser-Palmer did her part to make sure it happened again. The Wildcats breezed past the Grape Pickers to the tune of 69-23 on Thursday for which the team can thank Presser-Palmer, who went 7-for-10 from beyond the arc on her way to 37 points and seven rebounds. The contest was her 27th in a row with at least 15 points.

Northwestern's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for North East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northwestern is set to take on their familiar foe Union City at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, North East will square off against rival Girard at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
