The Eastmark Firebirds entered their tilt with the Snowflake Lobos with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Eastmark enjoyed a cozy 27-10 win over Snowflake on Friday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Eastmark to victory, but perhaps none more so than Coleman Samples, who rushed for 145 yards. Collin Minnaar got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Eastmark's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Snowflake, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastmark will take on Marcos de Niza at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Snowflake, they will head out on the road to face off against Apache Junction at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Apache Junction is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
