Tanner (Ala.) snapped Wellborn (Anniston, Ala.)'s 4-game winning streak, with a 48-0 victory on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a defensive touchdown in the first quarter, the Rattlers led 28-0 at the half.
Tanner expanded its lead to 48 points entering the fourth quarter. THS scored three times in the third, including once on a
Kyle Shoulders touchdown run.
With the win the Rattlers extended their winning streak to 11 games. Tanner defeated the Wildcats 55-0 last week.
THS's standout player in the win was
Jonathon Fletcher. He threw one touchdown and ran for one touchdown.
The Rattlers had given up an average of 7.2 points prior to the contest.
The loss comes after Wellborn defeated Horseshoe Bend 54-26 last week.
