They took their contest on the road on Monday with ease, bagging a 58-11 victory over Auburndale. The victory was nothing new for Davenport as they're now sitting on five straight.
Sorayah Emilien continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 22 points. The game was her seventh in a row with at least ten points. Destiny Kim was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Davenport's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Auburndale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Davenport will take on Ridge Community at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Auburndale, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Jordan Christian Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 17th.
