O'Fallon is a perfect 10-0 against Alton since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. O'Fallon will look to defend their home pitch against Alton at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (O'Fallon has four straight wins, Alton has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

O'Fallon gave up the first goal last Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They had just enough and edged out Edwardsville 2-1. Even though O'Fallon got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Claire Nieroda was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

Nieroda was the driving force of O'Fallon's attack as she scored both of O'Fallon's goals, bringing her season total up to four goals.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Alton's offense. They fell 2-0 to Triad on Saturday.

O'Fallon's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Alton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything went O'Fallon's way against Alton in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as O'Fallon made off with a 9-0 victory. Does O'Fallon have another victory up their sleeve, or will Alton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
