The Addison Panthers put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their undefeated season alive. They didn't even let Napoleon onto the board and left with a 24-0 win. Fans of Addison have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
Addison can attribute much of their success to Spencer Brown, who rushed for 97 yards and three touchdowns. Addison also got a significant boost from Byron Creech, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 89 yards.
Addison's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 11-0. As for Napoleon, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-2.
Addison will head out on the road to face off against Napoleon at 12:10 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Michigan (Napoleon is ranked 136th, while Addison is ranked 111th). As for Napoleon, they will play host again and welcome Addison, where Kickoff is scheduled for 12:10 p.m.
