Griswold was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to second in Eastern Connecticut - Small. Earlier in the week, the Wolverines triumphed over St. Bernard-Norwich RVT 26-0.
Woodstock Academy fell to Hamden Hall Country Day 52-20 last week, the largest margin of any game. Justin Cutting ran for 110 yards in the defeat.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Plainfield takes on Windham. As it stands, the Panthers are in fifth, while the Whippets are in first.
Windham led the league in scoring this week by notching 33 points on Montville.
