It was a good run, but the LAMP Golden Tigers unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 67-55 to Brewbaker Tech. LAMP has struggled against Brewbaker Tech recently, as their contest on Friday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Leading Brewbaker Tech to victory were Kevin Honer and Johnathan Williams. Honer scored 17 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals, while Williams scored 26 points along with 7 rebounds. The matchup was Honer's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Songhay Dumas was another key contributor, scoring 5 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.
LAMP's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Brewbaker Tech, their win bumped their record up to 3-8.
