Berean Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dalton Claiborne, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds. Josh Myers was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Berean Christian struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Concord Christian pulled down 15 offensive rebounds.
Concord Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cade Keeton led the charge by scoring 23 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Keeton continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Sloan, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks.
Berean Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 22-6. As for Concord Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 16-10 record this season.
