The Park City Miners's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 75-67 to Stansbury. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Several Miners players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cameron Wilson, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Duke Gordon, who scored 18 points.
Park City has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Stansbury, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-11.
Park City will head out on the road to face off against Murray at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Murray's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last ten matchups. As for Stansbury, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Jordan at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Jordan focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 last Tuesday.
