The Colleton County Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They took a hard 55-37 fall against Stall. Colleton County has not had much luck with Stall recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Despite the loss, Colleton County still got an impressive performance from Zariona Hudson, who scored 23 points. That's the first time this season that Hudson scored 15 or more points.
Stall's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Makayla Waiters, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Brianna Williams, who scored 13 points.
Colleton County bumped their record down to 2-7 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Stall, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.
Colleton County won't have much time to rest: their next game is against North Charleston at 6:00 p.m. on December 13th. North Charleston is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Stall, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Burke at 6:30 p.m. Hopefully Burke focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 last Wednesday.
