Randolph-Henry had lost three games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 4-8 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They walked away with a 10-5 win over the Cumberland Dukes. Considering the Statesmen's hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Kendall Snead spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on eight hits and racked up six Ks.
At the plate, Alyssa Townsend was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in June of 2024. Sidney Hamlett was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
