Webster's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Corday Littlejohn, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Littlejohn has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Hondo Avington, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Webster's win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-12. As for Buffalo Valley, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
Webster and McCurtain will face off at 1:00 p.m. on January 20th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Buffalo Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Crowder at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
