Woodstock Academy fell to St. Bernard-Norwich RVT 31-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Trent Appleton was a bright spot for the Centaurs, as he ran for 17 yards and caught 5 passes for 56 yards in the defeat.
Windham led Eastern Connecticut - Small in scoring this week after putting up 36 points on Plainfield.
Woodstock Academy's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Centaurs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Billy Harrington has thrown for 123 yards this season, while Appleton has 5 catches for 56 yards.
The Whippets' offense has scored 33 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while Griswold has allowed only 20 on the year.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Windham takes on the Wolverines. At the moment, Brian Crudden's team is in first, while Griswold is in third.
The Saints made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,695 from 13,508. The advance stemmed from a 31-0 victory over Woodstock Academy last week.
