Basketball Recap: Bayside's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak at Home

Bayside won against Deep Creek last Wednesday with 64 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Bayside Marlins put the hurt on the Salem Sundevils with a sharp 64-42 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Marlins have posted since January 18th.

Bayside's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. As for Salem, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Bayside will take on Landstown in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Landstown is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 71.2 points per game this season. As for Salem, they will venture away from home to take on First Colonial at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. First Colonial knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Salem likes a good challenge.
