It was a good run, but Bedford unfortunately witnessed the end of their 13-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Mount Ayr Raiders by a score of 3-2. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raiders earlier this season, when they won 6-5.

Bedford's loss dropped their record down to 23-6-1. As for Mount Ayr, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Bedford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Ayr, they will challenge Lenox on Saturday.
