The state rankings had actually given Delcastle Technical a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
The defeat dropped Delcastle Technical's record to 1-3. The win got Christiana back to even at 2-2.
Next week Delcastle Technical take on Newark at 11:00 AM. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup. Christiana will take on DuPont at home at 11:00 AM. After both of those teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
