Curie won the last time they faced Back of the Yards College Prep and things went their way on Thursday too. The Condors skirted past the Bobcats 2-1.

Curie had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-14, 25-18.

Curie now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Back of the Yards College Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Curie is set to face off against their familiar foe Kennedy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Back of the Yards College Prep will challenge rival Kenwood at 5:00 p.m. on the 21st.
