Nathan Horstmann made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he gave up only one walk, the fewest he's had since back in March of 2024. He was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.
In other pitching news, Corner Canyon got a great performance from Jacob Troast as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over six innings pitched. What's more, Troast gave up only three hits, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024.
