There's no place like home for St. George, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They blew past the Westminster Academy Defenders 70-26 on Tuesday. The Gryphons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 25 points or more this season.

St. George's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Silas Jones led the charge by going 5 of 6 on his way to 10 points and five steals. Jones is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ontarious Odom, who went 7 of 11 on his way to 15 points.

St. George's pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for Westminster Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

St. George's will challenge Evangelical Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Westminster Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Tipton-Rosemark Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
