Dartmouth led Old Colony in scoring this week after putting up 38 points on Durfee.
Barnstable made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,272 from 1,527. The improvement was the result of a 35-14 victory over New Bedford last week.
The Red Raiders' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kristian Lucashensky threw for 163 and 1 touchdown and Micah Gregory had 62 yards receiving. On the ground Hayden Murphy contributed 115 yards. Derek Estes helped Barnstable's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 57 yards.
Gregory was the best wideout in the league this week as Barnstable bested the Whalers. Gregory tallied 3 receptions for 62 yards. Estes helped Barnstable's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 57 yards.
Barnstable's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Red Raiders feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lucashensky has thrown for 428 yards and 5 touchdowns this season, while Estes has 4 catches for 147 yards.
As it stands, the Indians are in third, while Bridgewater-Raynham is in first.
The longest pass in the league this week came courtesy of Chris Whidden's team's Lucashensky. The Red Raiders beat New Bedford when he connected with Estes on a 57-yard pass.
