Osceola put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 14-3 margin over the St. Petersburg Green Devils. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Green Devils, too.

Bri Shephard was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Destani Marr, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 2-for-3.

Osceola always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Petersburg only posted an OBP of .273.

Osceola's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs over those games. As for St. Petersburg, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Osceola wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Clearwater on the 25th. As for St. Petersburg, they have also already played their next game, an 18-15 defeat against Boca Ciega on the 25th.
