Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Saint Andrew walked away with it. They never let the Westminster Christian Warriors get on the board and left with  a   10-0  win  on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Scots, who have now won ten contests by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
The result came thanks to  Carter Derks's shutout, as he gave up just six  hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in nine consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Aaron Orozco was  incredible,  going 1-for-3 with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Connor Berman, who  went 1-for-3 with two  runs.
The  victory (which was Saint Andrew's fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-6. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Westminster Christian,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 17-13-1.
As of now, neither Saint Andrew's nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
