The Choctawhatchee Indians and the Booker T. Washington Wildcats squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Choctawhatchee Indians had to settle for second. They fell to the Wildcats 57-52. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Choctawhatchee in their matchups with Booker T. Washington: they've now lost four in a row.
Booker T. Washington found their leader in underclassman Chamiah Francis, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Francis hasn't dropped below 15 points for ten straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikerria Bonner, who scored 16 points.
Choctawhatchee's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Booker T. Washington, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 21-1.
Choctawhatchee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Booker T. Washington also has no future games currently scheduled.
