The Jupiter Warriors are taking a road trip to take on the Harmony Longhorns at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Jupiter 3.6, Harmony 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Jupiter is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out St. Cloud 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.
Conner Sorge looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Gabe Graulau was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Griffin Miller was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Harmony had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it ten on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Lions as they made off with a 13-3 win. Considering the Longhorns have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Ismael Rivera looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jadiel Perez, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Jose Scrofani, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI and two runs.
Harmony pushed their record up to 23-6 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Jupiter, their record is now 20-8.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Jupiter has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.1 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Harmony struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.7 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Jupiter came up short against Harmony in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, falling 10-6. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
