Hoover won the last time they faced Spain Park and things went their way on Monday too. The Hoover Buccaneers breezed by the Spain Park Jaguars to the tune of 75-32. The Buccaneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Spain Park saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ava Leonard posted 12 points.

The victory (which was Hoover's third in a row) raised their record to 25-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.3 points per game. As for Spain Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-16 record this season.

Hoover wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-18 win against Clay-Chalkville on the 28th. Spain Park has also already played their next game, a 34-29 victory against McAdory on the 28th.
