While Jacob Farias delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Elsinore. Farias struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits (and not a single walk), which was good enough to set a new career-high in strikeouts.
