Midlothian is a perfect 3-0 against Terrell since March of 2025 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Panthers will venture away from home to take on the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Midlothian's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so Terrell's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Midlothian is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Crandall just ended the team's eight-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates.

Aniyah Givens made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Jocelyn Martinez, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Terrell duked it out with Kaufman on Tuesday. The Tigers fell just short of the Lions by a score of 10-9. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Preslie Pritchett was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. Bella Cutchall also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

Midlothian's loss dropped their record down to 19-10-2. As for Terrell, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-22.

Friday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Midlothian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .365. However, it's not like Terrell struggles in that department as they've averaged .357. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Midlothian got the 'W' when the teams last played back in March against Terrell by a conclusive 17-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
