The Dumont Huskies will head out on the road to take on the Wayne Valley Indians at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wayne Valley took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Dumont, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Dumont earned a 60-52 win over Cliffside Park.
Meanwhile, Wayne Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a hard 64-47 fall against Ramapo. Wayne Valley has not had much luck with Ramapo recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Despite the loss, Wayne Valley had strong showings from Anthony Apicella, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds, and Omar Ali, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Dumont's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Wayne Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5.
