The Damonte Ranch Mustangs had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Windsor by a score of 41-30 on Saturday. The win was just what Damonte Ranch needed coming off of a 55-28 defeat in their prior match.
Damonte Ranch got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Quinn Garrett out in front who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ivy Rodriguez, who scored 8 points along with 3 steals.
Damonte Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Windsor, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Damonte Ranch will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Fernley at 6:00 p.m. on December 5th. Fernley has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Windsor, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Petaluma at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
