Novi HomeSchool waltzed into their contest Saturday with two straight wins but they left with three. They strolled past Mishawaka HomeSchool W with points to spare, taking the game 51-37. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Novi HomeSchool has scored all year.
Despite the loss, Mishawaka HomeSchool W still got an impressive performance from Colten Dobrodt, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. The match was Dobrodt's 14th in a row with at least ten points. Toby Wallenfang was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Novi HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Mishawaka HomeSchool W, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.
Novi HomeSchool's road trip will continue as they head out to face FAITH HomeSchool at 8:00 p.m. on December 21st. FAITH HomeSchool will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings (they are ranked 503rd, while Novi HomeSchool is ranked 76th). Mishawaka HomeSchool W will be home for the holidays to greet Capital HomeSchool at 1:40 p.m. on Saturday.
